Rodelinda is an epic story of love, power and mistaken identity. Widely considered one of Handel's operatic masterpieces, Rodelinda is infused with compelling characters and ravishing music.

Director Richard Jones , whose recent ENO successes include Julietta and The Tales Of The Hoffmann , brings his own inimitable theatrical style to this, the first professional London staging of the work in many years. Conducted by Baroque specialist Christian Curnyn, the stellar cast includes acclaimed Handelian soprano Rebecca Evans, countertenor Iestyn Davies, tenor John Mark Ainsley and mezzo soprano Susan Bickley.

Experience Handel's beautiful music in the city that served as his home and sense the echo of history.
